Description
To investigate the effects of warming, precipitation and N fertilization on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal community in a semiarid steppe. We collected samples from experimental plots (full factorial design of warming, precipitation and N fertilization) and extracted AM fungal DNA. Fungal DNA were sequenced using 454 pyrosequencing. In August 2011, soil samples from a semiarid steppe in Inner Mongolia were collected.
