The microorganisms inhabiting plant, such as leaf and root play important roles in plant growth. However, the microbial community structure and their response to climate changes are poorly understood. The objective was to survey the composition of microbial communities from root and clarify the response of bacterial communities to elevated CO2 and/or soil temperature.
