Description
Sulfate reducing bacterial communities and methanogenic archaeal communities were characterized by amplicon sequencing the marker gene for sulfate reduction and methanogenesis, dsrB and mcrA, respectively. Study was conducted in Outokumpu Deep Drill Hole, Finland in a depth range of 180-2300 m.
